U16 Boys were first to kick off of the underage games this Saturday with an away game to Shountrade. It was one of the games where things went against the lads. Plenty of penalties and goals for the home side. They will need to get results in the next 2 games to make playoffs for the shield.
U12 Boys travelled to ballingarry in what was always going to be a tough game. Our lads had the better chances but found the home sides keeper to be in exceptional form and prevented us taking the 3 points
U14 Girls travelled feale side for their league game against Abbeyfeale. The home side were the better team in the first half aided by a strong breeze, scoring the only goal of the half to lead at half time. 2nd half the girls upped their performance and created chances with Kayla and Emily unlucky not to equalise. With Ita’s pushed up looking to score it left space to exploit and the home side made the result safe with a breakaway goal near the end of the match.
