Tough games in tough conditions.
U13 Boys kicked off the games this morning when they travelled to take on Carrig Celtic. It was tight first half with both sides having chances without troubling the scoreboard. All square at the break.
Second half the host had the advantage of a strong wind and it along with some sloppy play allowed them to score a few without reply.

U12 Girls hosted league leaders Breska Rovers Fc in Ashford. The game was played in horrendous conditions, non stop heavy rain. The girls started very well but breska then got on top and got three quick goals before ht.

Second half rain was getting heavier and Breska continued to create chances and got two more goals. In fairness to the girls they kept fighting and eventually got their goal with the last kick of the game. Ava-Maye Scanlon the consolation goal.
